Investors Do Not Need

More Spreadsheets


A lot of foreclosure lead providers sell access to information.

They give investors lists.

The investor still has to:
- clean the list
- skip trace the owner
- verify the auction date
- check the property
- organize outreach
- send texts or mail
- call the homeowner
- follow up
- figure out whether the lead is even worth pursuing.

That may work for investors who have time, staff, systems, and patience.

But for most real estate investors, especially those trying to wholesale, flip, or build consistent deal flow, the real bottleneck is not access to data.

The bottleneck is turning that data into conversations.

A foreclosure list does not make an investor money.

A motivated seller conversation can.
